Party Disclaimer & Cancellation Policy
Little Dreamers Play Café has a no-refund policy. All deposits are non-refundable — no exceptions.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled party date are responsible for payment of the remaining balance of the booked party package.
– If a party is canceled due to illness or injury of the birthday child, a doctor’s note must be provided to waive the remaining balance. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellations made 15–21 days prior to the party date will result in loss of the deposit, but no additional balance will be due.
• Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the party date will receive a credit for the deposit, which may be applied toward a future party or open play.
